INTERIOR DECOR & DESIGN / RE-DESIGN:
This service is for those who need a total space makeover! We begin with a 1-hour Initial Consultation where we discuss ideas and style concepts to help me develop a beautiful design plan within your budget. We complete a “Client Questionnaire” and have a detailed design discussion, go through design problems, initial colour and decor queries are addressed and answered and your budget is discussed and assessed. Suggestions on furniture, accessories, lighting, and advise on trade services like painters, renovators, upholstery specialists and window treatment services are answered. Thereafter, once the decorating and styling ideas are developed, I measure the space(s) to be designed. Plans will be made for colour schemes, furniture, lighting, window and/or wall treatments. With this service I provide you with floor plan(s), 3-D room models and colour and furnishing boards to help us visualize and execute the design of the space. Once the design is approved, we shop for furniture and accessories, selected vendors and contractors are commissioned if needed and the design is implemented.

KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RE-MODEL:
Kitchens and bathrooms are the most important rooms of the home, not to mention most highly used! If you are looking to update or re-model your kitchen or bathroom I can assist you with a new design plan and assist in the selection of all the materials and fixtures. We begin with a 1-hour in-home consultation where we discuss the design and problems with the space, initial queries are addressed and answered, your budget is discussed and assessed, suggestions on finishes, lighting, and advise on trade services like painters, renovators are discussed. Thereafter, I will make plans for the desired design, colour schemes, materials and lighting. After the design is complete by me and approved by you, we purchase the materials and carefully selected vendors and contractors will implement your new kitchen or bathroom.

DESIGN / RE-DESIGN CONSULTATION:
A design / re-design consultation is for the homeowners that prefer to do their own “handy-work” but need initial design and decor assistance to get started. This service will help you move in the right direction and implement my recommended design at your own pace and budget. This service is a 2-hour consultation where we discuss your design dilemmas, space function needs and desired style. I come to your home and advise you on how to best decorate the home with your needs and personal style in mind. This consultation can be used if you have moved into a new home with no furnishings or if you simply want to spruce up the room. I will provide you with a coherent room layout floor plan, colour selections, furniture and decor merchandise suggestions, paint chips etc for you to complete at your own time. This service is also available for re-designing your kitchens and bathrooms!
Fee: from $450 per room

COLOUR CONSULTATION:
Nothing transforms a room like the right colour selection. There are so many options it’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed when faced with the decision of that colour to use in your space. With this consultation you will receive a custom colour chart with recommended paint and manufacturer chips.
Fee: from $150 per room

SPACE PLANNING AND FURNITURE LAYOUT:
Attractive space plans are the base and foundation for every room whether you have just moved into a new home or want to re-arrange your current dwelling. Deciding on the correct furniture placement in a space and be very overwhelming. With this service I come to your home and implement a comprehensive furniture layout floor plan that creates focal points and provides proper traffic flow throughout the room.
